Returns Policy

What can be returned?

All products are returnable IF the product is in the same unopened and undamaged condition as when purchased. We refund only actual cost of the product.

We offer replacement for items damaged in shipping such as a broken container or leakage, we also accept returns for items that may have been shipped incorrectly. Please email us about damaged or incorrect/missing items within 3 days of receiving your order if they are to be replaced

When do items need to be returned by?

No later than 10 days after receving the order.

How do customers return items?

Where do items need to be returned to?

After obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, product can be returned to:

Please include a copy of your receipt, the reason for the return, and wrap the package securely.

We recommend that you use package tracking such as U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Who is responsible for return shipping?

Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

Credit for returns?

If payment was made by credit card it will be refunded, LESS our 15% restocking fee, only after item is received and inspected.

Product Packing Materials?

The product’s packing material must be in same condition as when received. Unless it was discussed before item was returned.
